Surface printing inks for polyethylene, polypropylene woven sacks
Polysack inks have been carefully formulated for flexo printing respectively, satisfying the demand of high gloss and high print strength on a wide range of woven sack substrates.
TECHNICAL DATA AND WORKABLE ADVICE
Polysack inks may be printed on a wide range of P/E & P/P woven sacks. Very goof scratch, Tape proof and scuff resistance is achieved if the P/E & P/P surfaces are treated at minimum 38 dynes/cm. If the P/E & P/P surfaces are un treated is achieved scratch and scuff resistance only.
Polysack inks will tolerate a fairly wide range of reducer to accommodate variation in press speeds and conditions. The usual reducer for polysack inks is a blend of IPA & NBA. Polysack inks where improved resistance towards Chemical and fertilizer is required modified inks are provided. The recommended retarded is NORMAL BUTYL ALCHOL.
ROLLERS & STEREOS
Polysack inks are safe to use with most rubber stereos. When photopolymer plates are used, the solvent system of the inks is suitably modified to ensure longer plate life.
A variety of standard colours are available. Specific shades are matched on demand and is only restrictions on pigment suitable for resistance properly requirement.
